HQveyra (“we”, “us”) provides AI agents that help real-estate agencies respond to and qualify leads. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.
Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email, agency name, and a hashed password.
- Agency content — the property listings and settings you add.
- Conversation data — messages exchanged between buyers and your AI agent, and the lead details extracted from them (e.g. budget, timeline).
- Usage data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To operate your workspace and generate AI replies grounded on your listings.
- To qualify leads and notify you of hot leads.
- To secure the service (e.g. rate-limiting and fraud prevention).
Service providers
We share data only as needed with the providers that power the service: Anthropic (AI responses), your chosen WhatsApp provider (message delivery), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf.
Website analytics
We count page views on our own public pages using Vercel Analytics, which is run by our hosting provider. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. It tells us which pages people read — nothing that identifies you personally. This does not apply inside the signed-in dashboard.
Data retention & security
We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and each agency’s data is isolated from every other agency. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your choices
You can delete leads and conversations from your workspace, and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Buyers who message an agency can ask that agency to remove their data.
