The AI employee for WhatsApp

Every WhatsApp customer answered.
It cannot invent a price.

HQveyra reads your catalogue and replies in seconds — in your customer’s language, day or night. When something isn’t on your list it says so and brings you in, because every reply is checked against your catalogue before it sends. Set your hours and it waits until you open.

For small teams who run on WhatsApp — estate agents, dealerships and tradespeople. Not for you if your customers reach you somewhere else, or if you need it to negotiate on your behalf: it hands you the people worth your time and stays out of the rest.

The truth guarantee

It would rather say “I don’t know” than cost you a customer.

Every outgoing answer is checked against your catalogue before it is sent. If the answer isn’t in there, your agent says so and hands the question to you — it does not fill the gap with something plausible.

A customer asks for something you don’t have
Do you have anything in Palm Grove? What's the price?
Ungrounded AI

Yes, we do — anything in Palm Grove starts at around $1,600,000. Shall I book you a viewing?

Invented. The customer turns up expecting a price you never set.
HQveyra

We don't have Palm Grove at the moment. What we do have is Studio, Apartment, Townhouse, Villa and Penthouse — would any of those work?

No matching row, so no number. It says so and hands you the question.
Where deals go

Nobody loses a customer on purpose.

They lose them in the four minutes they were with someone else, and at eleven at night, and on the ninth time somebody asks the same question.

11:47pm. Someone asks what it costs.

Answered from your catalogue at 11:47pm — or held until you open, if that is what you told it to do. Either way the lead is yours by morning.
Three people ask at once. You are with a fourth.

All three get a real answer immediately, and arrive in your inbox already qualified — budget, timing, what they are after.
The same question, for the ninth time this week.

Answered the ninth time exactly as well as the first, in whatever language they wrote in. You never see it.
The one who went quiet on Tuesday.

Followed up once, politely, at the right hour — and left alone the moment they say they are not interested.
How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

01

Load what you sell

A CSV, a paste of your stock list, or the sample catalogue to start with. This becomes the only thing your agent is allowed to quote.

02

Connect your WhatsApp number

About five minutes. Your agent answers from your own business number — not ours — and you can test it before a single customer sees it.

03

It answers, qualifies and books

New enquiries get a reply in seconds, in the customer's language. It works out who is serious, books the appointment, and hands you anyone who asks for a human.

Past the reply

It doesn’t stop at answering.

Answering in seconds is the part you can watch happen. The rest runs while you’re out — chasing the leads who went quiet, working out who is actually worth calling, and going back to the ones you’d written off.

Re-engagement broadcasts

When you add something new, it finds the past leads whose budget and requirements actually fit and sends it to them — never to anyone who opted out.

Deal Score

Every lead gets a 0–100 score for how close they are to buying, plus the reasons behind it — budget confirmed, wants an appointment this week, ready to pay now.

Appointments & no-show reminders

Book an appointment from the conversation. The customer gets an instant confirmation and an automatic reminder before the day, and you see a turn-up rate.

Daily WhatsApp digest

Every morning you get one message: new leads, replies sent, how many qualified, and your hottest lead waiting.

Website chat widget

One line of code puts your agent on your own website, answering visitors live and capturing them as leads.

Ask your pipeline

Ask questions about your own data in plain language — “which source gives me the most qualified leads?” — and get an exact answer.

Every one of these is on every plan, including the smallest. See the full list →

Your side of it

And you see every bit of it.

Who wrote in, what it answered, what it booked, and who is worth calling first — without opening WhatsApp once.

Not only WhatsApp

It answers on your website too.

Same agent. Same catalogue. Same inbox. A visitor who never opens WhatsApp still gets a real answer — and still becomes a lead you can see.

  • The same guaranteeIt quotes from your catalogue and nothing else, exactly as it does on WhatsApp.
  • One inboxWebsite chats land beside your WhatsApp threads, scored the same way. Nothing to check twice.
  • One line of codePaste your website address into HQveyra and it tells you exactly where the line goes on WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Squarespace — then confirms it worked.
3 trades, 3 rulebooks

A plumber’s agent may not quote what an estate agent’s can.

Pick your business type when you sign up. The labels, the questions your agent asks, and the rules it may never break all change with it.

Before you start

The questions people actually ask

Does it use my own WhatsApp number?

Yes. Your agent answers from your own business number, using your own provider credentials. HQveyra never sends from a shared number, and your customers never see a third party.

What happens when it does not know something?

It says so, once, and hands the conversation to you — the thread is flagged in your inbox with what the customer asked, the agent stops replying on it, and you get an alert. It does not guess, and it does not keep the customer talking to a machine that cannot help.

What happens when my free trial ends?

The agent stops replying. Every lead and conversation it captured stays in your workspace, and activating a plan switches it back on with all your settings intact. You never lose the leads, only the replies.

Do I need a website?

No. WhatsApp works on its own. If you do have a website, an optional chat widget lets the same agent answer visitors there too, using the same catalogue.

What if my customers write in Urdu, Arabic or a mix?

It replies in the language and the script they used — Urdu in Urdu, Roman Urdu in Roman Urdu, Arabic in Arabic — and it keeps your prices and references exactly as you wrote them.

Can I check what it is about to send?

Yes. Approval mode holds every reply for you to read, edit or reject before it goes out. You can also set opening hours, so replies are written immediately and delivered when you next open.
