These terms govern your use of HQveyra. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.
Who you are contracting with
HQveyra is operated by Muhammad Rizwan, a sole trader based in Pakpattan, Punjab, Pakistan.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every subscription — your invoice and your card statement will show Paddle, not HQveyra.

The service
HQveyra provides AI agents that respond to and qualify leads on your behalf. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content and listings you add. Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, or for sending spam.
AI responses
The AI is designed to answer strictly from the listings and information you provide, and to avoid inventing details. However, AI can still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing important communications and for any commitments made to buyers. HQveyra does not guarantee any particular sales outcome.
Free pilot & payment
We may offer a free pilot period. After it ends, continued use requires an active subscription for the agents you have activated. Prices are shown in your workspace and may change with notice.
Availability & liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, HQveyra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost leads or revenue.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
