Yes. Your agent answers from your own business number, using your own provider credentials. Veyra never sends from a shared number.

Can the AI invent a price?

No. Every reply is checked against your real listings before it is sent. If a price or reference is not in your inventory, the reply is regenerated, or the agent offers to confirm with a human instead.

What happens when my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Your agent stops replying, but every lead and conversation you captured stays in your workspace. Activating a plan switches the agent back on with all settings intact.

Question 4

Do I need a website?

Accepted Answer

No. WhatsApp works on its own. If you do have a website, an optional chat widget lets the same agent answer visitors there too.
